STATEMENT

In addition to the Transcript of Records of the University of Brasilia (UnB), we hereby declare for the proper intents the following:

The evaluation of the academic performance at UnB is measured by attibution of grades. According to Article 122 of UnB’s General Rules, the grades correspond respectively to the following numerical equivalents:

The University of BrasIlia does not use a classification instrument that allows informing the position of the student in relation to the students on their class, or to other students at the University.

In addition to mentions, the following acronyms or codes may appear in the Transcript of Records:

The control of the curricular integration is done by the in-class hours (acronym: CH or C. Load). Each 1 (one) in-class hour corresponds to at least 55 (fifty-five) minutes for daytime teaching activities or 50 (fifty) minutes for night teaching activities, in effective work under professor coordination. The course load in the column “CH” or “C. Load” corresponds to the total course load of the subject in contact hours per semester. (Article 75 of UnB’s General Rules).

The approval grades are SS, MS, MM, with status APR.

Art. 123 (UnB’s General Rules) - The student who obtains mention equal to or greater than MM is approved in the discipline.

§1 The student has failed if he/she:

I - attends less than 75 (seventy-five) percent of the respective curricular activities, with the grade SR;

II - obtains a grade equal to or less than MI.

The credits obtained via Transfer of Studies appear in the Transcript of Records with the status CUMP.
